Anyways, last I'll mention it. 
Neither one can fix the defecit any time soon. The lack of regulation on wall street with toxic loans, credit swaps, derivatives started this disaster long before Obama. Half the people in the hospital cannot and do not pay, people like me who pay - are paying for them. So now the money to pay for them is more prominent.
I just grew tired of the lies from my old party. Romney was going after my mortgage deduction after I just built a new home ( helping out the economy here with lots of spending ) and despite low rates my mortgage is double what it used to be. Romney just would not be clear on what he was going to do. Further I cannot get health care insurance as an individual, Obamacare fixes that in 2014. Romney and company are pro-offshoring my kind of techincal work and when they are not doing that they are busy increasing H1-B visa's to bring low cost foreigners onshore. 3 big reasons healthcare, raising my daughter ( who is doing great in this home getting straight A's at a new school ), and my career.
Now I am
open minded so I was a swing voter to the end. However the etcha-sketch, the lie about
Jeep offshoring jobs to China, the idiots claiming r@pe is the intention of God sent me running from that party. Romney is out of touch with the middle class, offering us tax free financial investments but he does not get most people in the middle class no longer have investments. Next Fox puts out more lies saying swing voters did not know who was running for president. B.S. I knew more than many of the people who made up their minds before the debates.
Then comes more b.s. with that party saying I need to pay more to understand my health costs. B.S. I paid 10k this year and neither of us were hospitalized. I pay every penny and its insulting they even said that. Then you have Dick Morris claiming Romney-Landslide. The lies never stop. So when Obama won I switched to Fox and there was Karl Rove in disbelief forcing the TV crew to go drag the guy upstairs from the 'Decision Desk' to argue with over Ohio. They got whipped from sea to shining sea but are always deluding themselves. Yeah I pierced the threshold last year for single income so Obama could hit me with the rich tax, but I wont hit it this year and even if I did so what ? I remember my best year I paid out 70k in taxes, not much different to pay a little more.
Now if congress will stop Grandstanding and do their job which they refused to do when we lost our credit rating, and if both sides can accept cuts then we can move forward.
