It's made of wood creosote. seems a long list of uses medicinally. Interesting read.
The horse rancher where I boarded my horse, eons ago, used creosote in water as an antiseptic wash for horse injuries, before gelding, etc.
He also used bluestone (copper sulphate) to deal with proud flesh. Injuries healed up nicely.
I found this article, and see way down that guaifenesin (expectorant) is deriived from wood creosote as well...very interesting.
I don't think I'd take the seirogan orally....but I'd suggest you do the homework...keep us posted how it works if you decide to take it.
