Doin good! as good as i can, just eating a lot, sticking with all the supplements/regimen, weight lifting again still anemic though. This school is working me hard!

Taking a huge step and moving in with my two friends, going to share two bathrooms and 1 shower, ahh just crossing my fingers all hell doesn't break loose.

What about you man?

just ordered the carlson rear entrance vit e things. Hope to get them in the next few days will post after i get them.

I tried these, they are a total waste of money and scam. It really isn't worth it at all, it may make you feel like you're doing something and you might even trick yourself into thinking its working, but it really doesn't do anything.

thanks fightUC, that's what i've suspected. I always wonder why they write so much about medical trials with sodium butyrate enemas and suppositories and, at the same time, such things can't be bought anywhere

I actually thought about making my own company to undercut their business, since I was creating homemade suppositories with Canasa and phosphatidylcholine, and herbs like marshmallow root, slippery elm, etc.

I even bought molds and would freeze the mixture with the right amout of beeswax/coca butter to give it a good firm melting point

In the end, it was fun to make your own herbal/mesalamine suppository, but it did not give me remission or relief from my UC symptoms.

if you are so talented to make such things, then creating your own company wouldn't be a bad idea. As for now, you have one sure client from Poland :)

I just found this thread and of course, these suppositories are now discontinued! Are you finding them somewhere else or have you discovered something similar that is working?
