I have breathing problems chest pain difficulties breathing my arms feel weak stomachache

i'm on 35 mg pred

Is this related to pred?

Oh yeah.

I don't even care what your symptoms are. You could have told me you see green chipmunks, I would have told you it's from pred.

I was shaking, trouble breathing, I felt so freaking weird. etc etc etc.

Stop taking that crap man....you might end up with permanent messed up crap. I hate this drug.

Oh yeah, the stomach ache. I had that f...er also. I had to f.... take Nexium to counter that shi... I couldn't take it. It went away when I stopped this pred and I stopped taking the nexium. I prefer flaring than go on this drug. True story.


Oh Oh oh, I had an eye problem also. I was seeing small halos out of one eye. That fuc....went away also when I stopped it.

No, I don't see any difference. I keep taking it (the LDN). I tried both versions. The transdermal and the pill version. I've been on it over 8 months.

Furthermore, I just ordered the transdermal version from SKIPS in Florida. Basically, Skips is highly reputable. I wanted to try their version. If that one doesn't do the trick, then I'll probably think of stopping it.

SCD, well, I don't see a difference either. However, even if I end up having surgery, I'll probably continue eating healthy, a variant of SCD. I think it's a healthy diet whatever the case.

Me and Banana girl, sh**t don't work..Don't know why....


Remicade is the only one that makes me see a form of difference. IN MAX DOSE.

this is probably the best thing you've said on this site so far. also, i've thought about our UC and it's a lot like the honeybadger. UC don't care!

anyway, andrea, if you are having problems breathing, you need to see your doctor. do you have asthma at all or do you think you could be getting pneumonia? i had chest pains on prednisone but that was from it giving me costochondritis. that pain felt like someone was stabbing me with a sword and it coming out through my back. i sometimes thought my time was up and i was having a heart attack, but surprisingly i'm still here. knock on wood.

It ate the snake, full of venom...I think he went in shock for a while until he came back to life lol.

I have paracarditicis (not sure how to spell it really...) it's when you have inflammation around your heart I believe it came from taking pred, it can definitely be brought on after taking pred. I never had symtoms when I was at a full dose of pred, it was always after I had finished taking it. Just food for thought.

Andrina - When I was on pred I had dizzy spells. My doctors were not worried because I didn't have chest pain or shortness of breath. I took that to mean that if I developed either of those, then I should get them checked out. So I think you should too. They probably are from the pred, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is a completely harmless pred side-effect.

Call your doctor. And it never hurt to go to the ER and get checked out.
