I haven't been here in a while but I wanted to post how I am doing. I came to a decision in November to change my lifestyle and to try to eat less red meat and pork. It has helped a lot. I have also been walking 5kms a day (for the most part) and the greatest thing I have done is eating at least one pommagranate a day!!! Wow what a difference that one food can do for you. I have cut down two meds to half the dose. I am sleeping better. I am happier. And I have had NO painful BMs at all. I am going to the bathroom on a semi regular basis which is not normal for me but I like it!! My joints have been less painful, I have less cramps and the best par is I am happier then ever. This is usually the worst time of the year for me but it is great!! I now know the difference between sadness and happiness. I didn't before or it has been so long that I forgot what it was to be really happy!
I wan to thank everyone here for all the great advice and support you have given me over the past year. With out you I don't know what I would have done so happy holiday to all and I hope you all feel better over the Christmas season!
