Hey fellow UC'ers,
So growing up my Dad was huge into hot peppers, he used to grow habaneros and jalapeños in our garden and would eat them like candy. Eventually, e started getting into the hotter once like the Ghost Chili's and Scorpions all the while increasing his collection of hot sauces. So after years of this interest of his he decided to start making pepper jelly in the kitchen. My brother and I were already in the military at the time and he'd send us jars of the stuff with crackers and peanut butter. Needless to say it was a big hit. Fast forward a few years and we finally pool some money together and push him to make it an official LLC. So here we are. We are a very small business and literally started about
a year ago and are off to a slow start. Obviously most of us cannot eat the stuff, and the past 11 months I've been flaring I've had to take it in small doses, but I'm finally showing signs of remission and will be able to have small amounts again.
