First colonoscopy since UC diagnosis

I am scheduled for a colonoscopy in a few weeks so my GI can check how I'm doing down there. This will be my first since my diagnosis. A few questions:

Can I still take my meds (Lialda, pred, protctofoam, bentyl) the day before when I am supposed to be on the clear liquid diet?

Do I still take my meds the day of the colonoscopy? I take them all in the morning.  I am sure I will have other questions as it gets closer, but these are the main concerns now. Thanks!

I always take my meds when doing the prep, but I have never been able to do the rectal meds. It just gets so tender in there that it's impossible to retain or insert. But no to the day of. The only med that they recommend you take the morning of is if you are on a PPI such as Prilosec - this helps with the after effect of anesthesia.
