i'm out everyday - the lack of sun is the problem - it's been doing it's frightened turtle gig for months -

i finally figured out this fall that i am in fact sad - or have sad -

it sucks - big time -

Soystud lives in that north hemisphere with the penguins and the artic gators where there's sun for a 1 hour per day.

While we are commenting on light products, I received this light alarm clock for Christmas.

I already love this thing. I've been sick this week so I've only used it twice. But the two times I've used it I just kind of woke up gradually and realized the light was on. It was not startling at all. I am so not a morning person.

Note - I did not pay that much for the light. I did a google search for the model and found it elsewhere. Forget where. There are other variations that are cheaper. But this is oh so nice to not be jarred awake when you don't feel well in general.
