I was prescribed a blue pill one time, but I did not take it because it said do not take if you have UC. Any over-the-counter or natural remedies besides cranberry juice that have worked?

AZO (over the counter)takes care of the pain and urgency. Makes your urine a funny color and stains... wear dark underwear. Olive leaf (health food store/ vitamin shop) is a natural antibiodic. This recently worked for me.

Thank you, I'm not familiar with either of these so I will look them up. It's hard to know what is UC friendly and not.

This is cranberry, but not juice, and was very effective for me.
Should be able to find it at a health food store.

As well, get on good probiotics.
If you have a consistent bladder infection, you should firstly make sure it's an infection. It could be a symptom of cystitis, non-infection related.
