Aloe Vera juice and black cherry concentrate

Stopped at a health food store because I was waiting on a friend to get her nails done next door...bought some aloe Vera juice and black cherry concentrate. The lady recommended the bc the most for anti-inflammatory. Will have to update if it helps!

I have used the aloe vera juice with great success... have not heard of the black cherry concentrate.. so please keep up posted on it. Good Luck!

Cherries are suppose to be great for any inflammation including arthritis.

The black cherry concentrate sounds good. May make the aloe vera juice more palatable. I try mixing it with other juices but can still taste it. Ugh.

Sounds good southerngirl. What brand of aloe did you get? And, with the black cherry concentrate, is that a supplement or juice? Keep us posted..

I tried the black cherry concentrate tonight..it's like a very thick juice and it's recommended to mix with water, which I did a little. It is "Tree of Life", and the Aloe Vera juice is "Natural High" brand by Dean Distributors

I looove cherries but my gut does not :-( Finally figured that out by trial and error and had to put cherries on my "out" list. Sad but thankful I can tell what food is causing problems instead of being very confused. I miss cherry pie, my fave.

I've never tried aloe vera but remember that others here have posted that one type sold has a natural ingredient in it that causes problems for UC and other types of aloe vera has that ingredient removed. Cannot remember any more than that.
