what do people take for the pain i know everybody has it with this uc

A heating pad and aceteminophen.

Tylenol, heating pad on the tummy, or my favorite: my kitty cat :).

Sorry you are in pain.

I agree with the heating pad.

Acetominophen never made much of a dent in my pain.

But you're not describing what type of pain?

Could it be gas pain?

Inflammation pain?

Extra-intestinal pain?

upper leg pain stomach pain left side and middle taking asacol-remicde-percocet-iron-

Sounds like it's a combination of inflammation, and extra-intestinal pain (upper leg pain). Sorry about that.

Are your meds handling your UC at all?

I get that upper leg pain too, it comes and goes and I've not taken anything for it, I just grit my teeth and deal. I didn't realize there was an actual name for it! Maybe some extra strength Tylenol would help, or something stronger from the doc if you think you need it?
