I have been researching more at the cellular level and found this. I dont think it has been discussed here yet. I will need help understanding it more and of course more research. It seems caffein effects it in the cells.

Methotrexate's anti-inflammatory effect may be due to its stimulation of adenosine release.
OM what do you think? Perhaps a way to promote the adenosine in our bodies. I think thats next for me to look into. Appreciate anyone wanting to kick this around a bit. Looks like there is tons of info on it relating to IBD and wound healing etc...I need to learn more.
