hey linda. i'm still very bloated. i don't know why it's not going away. i was up until 5:30 am with gas. it's like everything i eat now is giving me problems and i haven't changed my diet at all. i'm really annoyed to be honest. i am making some SCD yogurt right now so i'm gonna eat a lot of that. i was used to having good size poops when i went to the bathroom and now it's just little shreds but more often- like the feeling of NEVER being empty. i haven't had that in a while and i didn't want that to come back.

anyway, i talked to my doctor today and he said to definitely not take the next shots. he is worried about my reaction to the first doses and he doesn't want me to go into shock.

my hand stiffness has gone away thankfully. i hope it doesn't show up anywhere else. i've been getting a lot of random rashes so hopefully they'll stop when it's out of my system.

wow at least your doctor listened! That's awesome, my doc just kept saying take it or you colon is coming out! What a weenie! Anyways, it will take about two weeks after your next scheduled shot for the medication to be mostly out of your system I would think. That's how I felt anyways. You eat so clean, I saw what you cooked on FB. Awesome! I still have major D but it was worse on Humira, that was one of the side effects they listed and I didn't more that of that!

I'm trying St. John's Wart for my mood, I'm noticing SADD issues going on. I need to moodd and well being to be lifted.

hey lemon. no positive difference in UC symptoms. i had a bad day a few days ago. went 10x. i haven't gone that much since early august. my bloating and gas has still been very bad. it's really annoying since i never had bloating before i started this stupid drug. i can't wait til it's out of my system.

Grrr, I was hoping you would be feeling better. I hate gas and bloating....makes me nauseus. I hope you feel better soon.

hey linda. uhh i'm not doing well at all. i have a fever, headache, and upset belly.only slept 2 hours for the past 3 days. i've had lots of bleeding the past few days after not having it since early december. i'm pretty sad. i see my GI on 2/28 and i'm hoping i don't need a blood transfusion before that.

also had another hand episode last night. just couldn't move it and it was throbbing.


how are you doing???? i know you've been trying a bunch of things lately. has anything helped?

Hi. I'm sorry you having a tough time. I heard from one nurse it takes 8 weeks from your last shot for it to get out of your system. I'm hanging in there. I have depression. My vit D levels are good too. If you can suggest anything medication or supplement to try, I will. It's bad. I cry every morning because I just don't feel well. I'm not excited about anything. Yes I'm still bleeding. Doing my canasa which helps. I have diarreah, chronic!!! It's so bad I don't sleep at night and it scares me that I'm losing weight and nutrients. But I have my approval from my GI to do my stool testing through Great Plains Lab, $345 for testing. I'm happy about that!! I won't do it until this weekend because you have to collect over two days. They check for everything! Like 6 different strands for e-coli, yeast, fats in stool, blood etc...

You will feel better and better Joanna, it's just the medication exiting the body. It was such and shock to our system I believe. I'm also too a couple diflucan the last few days in case my yeast was really out of whack.

I'm praying for us!!!

hey linda. yeah, i get sad, too, sometimes. i don't know how you hold down a job with this disease. anyone who does is a superhero. i wish i could afford to get that poop test done! sounds really cool.

my fever is pretty bad and i'm having tons of D. i think i picked up something from the raw milk i had a 4-5 days ago. i am never like this at all. i called my doctor to order some stool tests.
