I think it tastes absolutely horrible. I also think it smells like throw-up. If I can, I try to mix mine in a protein shake with some chocolate protein powder, a banana, milk and a little peanut butter. That way I can't taste it at all. If I am not having a protein shake that day, however, I mix it with G2 Gatorade (red or purple). I second the putting the powder in the glass first and then the liquid. That was the best advice I got on here about
it - it definitely mixes better that way! I also try to drink it quickly or eat while I'm drinking it. Anything to get rid of the taste. After you've been drinking it awhile it does get a little easier to drink. But I still think it tastes bad.
I'm going up to 1/2 packet twice a day now - I tried a whole packet at once and its just way too much powder to mix in at a time. Plus it can make you gassy.
