Hi Sherry,

I saw in a many post back about you maybe taking st. johns wort for SADD, are you taking anything right now for it? Did you ever try Sam E? I'm thinking of trying St. Johns Wort read great reviews on it, but want to make sure it's ok with my Rainbow LIght multi and Colazal. Any thoughts?

Please be careful taking it...lots of contraindications with it med/alternatives/supplements. Read that before you try it.

I took it for a short while, made me very wired and uncomfortable.

I'm afraid to try prescriptions. I'm going to wait a bit first to see a doctor, these rainbowbrite multi for woman have me feeling pretty good :)

Then stick with them....maybe purchase a Philips goLITE. I have one and it's helpful.

I don't take it anymore. I primarily take it only on bad cloudy winter months but I never had issues with it. However I wasn't on multi's either.
