How do you get the links "clickable" and so you don't have to copy and paste?

Paste the link you want to be clickable and type the left square bracket "[" followed by the letters "url" (not including the quotes) followed by a right square bracket "]" in front if the link text and then a left square bracket "[" followed by the forward slash "/" followed by a right square bracket "]", after the pasted link.

If you click the little box for url above the blank text block it will display the instructions- but if I try and type an example it will end up treating my example as a url and you wint see the symbols you need to type. Took me years to get around to it myself- most forums I have used in the past always did it automatically with web addresses and numbers but this one doesnt yet.

Another way is to just manually type out [url] and [/url] and put the link between the two tags.

You can change what the link says as well. Type [url=link goes here] and [/url], then put whatever you like between the two tags.

Edit: Don't bold the tags though. I just did that to get them to show up.

Yeah tried Old Mikes suggestion and it doesnt work for me- at least not on my ipad which is all I use... Guess I'll stick with the url square bracket thing too.

I dont beleive links are auto added in post reply. Theres just an easy button to click which adds the necessary code.
