My first wrap since going gluten free!

For two $3 bucks you get like 20 of them to a bag. You can wrap whatever you want in them and they seem to hold anything. I sauteyed cod and crapake mushrooms tonight and stuffed them into one of these. I had my doubts, but they ended up tasting pretty good!

Being GF is frustrating, not being able to find good 'wraps' out there, but this is the only thing I've found so far that has a strong hold! Just thought i'd share, incase you wanted an egg sandwich on your way to work or something.

we love fresh rolls and make them a couple times a month. The girls will eat lettuce that way with peanut sauce and little complaining.

Ive been doing alot of crepe type wraps with either coconut flour or teff and sorgum filled with mushrooms and greens. I LOVE mushrooms and never have seen a crapake. Your creation sounds delicious!

The book "wheat belly" has a recipe for a gluten free wrap. I haven't tried it but it looks simple.

I went to a mexican restaurant and asked for the Fish taco plate without the taco part and didn't miss it...

But I do like a rice wrap -- spring rolls at thai restaurants.!

How do we know for sure it doesn't have any added gluten in it?

It's made in china, i assume - and has no labels? Just wondering...

journey, have you asked if the mexican restaurant has corn tacos without the wheat flour? ive found a place that uses corn and wheat separately.

InSoFla, I couldn't find a google picture of the backside. But, ingredients are in english, that read:Ingredients: tapioca starch, water, rice flour, & salt.
