I can get away with some things ocassionally but then the wrong combination or too close together send my body back towards a flare. Then I just have to remember what it was like and how bad and how much i dont want to go back there. But it is so hard! if i am depressed and all I want is pizza, garlic bread and a beer to binge on I cannot do it but right now I could indulge in a pizza if there were no repercussions. hmm
mum of 3, how are you doing since that little accident ? I indulge every once in a while -- i had breaded chicken strips in a salad a month ago. Oops.
Have you ever thought about
supplementing with that AST Enzyme "Gluten Relief" that InSoFla suggested? If you do a search in the forums I bet you can find it. It's for people like us that have accidents, where the digestive enzymes can save us! (maybe)
