quinoa is awesome....high in fibre, protein. But maybe depends on what kind of quinoa and how much as to the consistency of the bm?
I like the quite, the red tends to give me more gas and a looser stool...but I did consume quite a lot of it.
you're flaring, you'll feel crappy after most bms I would think...at least I do.
