Those who are currently on biologics, anti-TNFs and have developed resistance (or unfortunately will develop one), new member is set to enter the market, Janus Kinase Inhibitor aka JAK inhibitor. With my limited information, Novartis and Pfizer seem to be the first ones. The currently approved indications are psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. I am sure, once they have enough data on these conditions, they will consider new conditions.

Thanks for the link.

This was disappointing: In clinical trials, Xeljanz showed similar efficacy to TNF inhibitors and a comparable safety profile.
