"The terrible thing is that all these companies are cashing in on the GF craze and marketing their own gimmicky products. Some of these GF products are worse than their counterparts, as they are packed with rice flour and other garbage ingredients with high glycemic indexes. I really don't recommend gluten free unless it really does not settle well with your colon."
ya, gee, imagine a company seeing a need ( and there most definitely is one) and trying to profit from it - shame shame -
ya, there are crooks out there - what's new ? intelligent, informed people figure it out - and the rest of the not so informed and intelligent take it in the shorts -
people do have a choice - in my opinion, eating bread for breakfast, lunch & dinner is incredibly ignorant - i don't think the average american needs to eat a loaf of bread a day to survive - tell people to cut back a bit, and the first thing they want is for someone (big profitable company) to fix that problem so they don't starve to death -
(ya, i'm feeling kinda ranty this morning - sorry)
