You can just nick the pills and then put them in the rectum, the casing may come out in a bowel movement but alot of time they dissolve.

Pencil thin poops are my last thing to resolve in a flare.

ya, i think for right now i'm just gonna shove some E caps up the butt - what's the worst that can happen ? hole poking sounds like a possibility - thanks -

pencil poops are usually the fist sign i see of a potential flare - next time i'll take heed !
