Remicade and easy bleeding?

bleeding like crazy and clotting are two different things possibly.

Thin skin or fragile capillaries might be part of it as well...

I can relate to the bruising...thought it might be from the mesalamine, but I do bleed easier, have thin skin and do bruise easily. I do clot well, so that's an interesting thing.

Hormones can affect bleeding.

I'm wondering if other meds you might on contribute as well...or a combo of them.

I'm not sure about that. I've cut myself while I was on Remicade and yes it bled a lot but I'm not sure if that was not just normal anyways?

I didn't have as many bruises while being in Germany. When I was in Florida I got bruises like crazy (climate?) Then back in Germany it stopped again.

Did you bring it up to your GI just in case?
