Colonoscopie results

i went for my colonoscopie this morning and the results are not good. i have inflamation throughout my hole colon. my GI decided to start me on remmicade. i have to go pass a tuberculosis test in the next few days and whenever everything is settled with my insurance i will be starting remmicade infusions. has anyone had really bad side effects from remicade?? i am crossing my fingers that this med works. i wanna fell normal again and enjoy life!!

Hi..I can't answer you regarding the Remi, but put out another question about it or read the most recent threads on it.

You mention inflammation throughout the colon...what was the severity? are you bleeding as well?

I hope you do get back to feeling better after the infusions.

hey quincy,

im pretty sure it is severe cause every time i go the the bathroom there is blood and i got about 15 times a day. the only time i get a break is in the afternoon after ive taken my prednisone. at night i get up sometimes ever 1-2 hours.
