www.badgut.org/information-centre/health-and-nutrition/sulphite-restricted-diets-1.htmlThe biggest change I have noticed so far on the amino acid thing was the very fast change in stool odor for the better - i.e. no sulfur/burnt smell anymore.
I came across this as I was reading about
some other stuff about
the amino acid therapy thing I'm trying. Essentially it talked about
the role between L-dopa depleting Sulfur, and Sulfur amino acids depleting dopmaine and Sulfur amino acids depleting Seratonin - and the need to balance all this etc.
What also interesting going back to the citrillunated protein thing is the possibility of excess amonia - and the combination of excess amonia and sulfer would lead to ammoinium sulfide - which oddly has been show to increase the adhesion of ecoli to the mucus barrier.
Not sure if it'll go anywhere but another path to explore perhaps.
Interesting article non the less - I had no idea this was also added to foods.
