I just looked at the supplements we are taking vs. the ones you ordered. One big difference is that the supplements we are taking contain the precursors in them. Meaning that you have to have a way for the amino acid to enter your system, they have to be accompanied by a precursor to be absorbed.
Actually the amino-acids
L-tyrosine and
5-HTP are the precursors of the neurotransmitters Dopamine and Serotonin respectively.

One of our supplements has: Vit. c, Lysine, calcium citrate, 5HTP, Vit B6, tyrosine and folate in it. The other has: Cysteine, selenium, folate.
With regards to the first (Neuroreplete) I have all the ingredients expect for
calcium citrate and
folate. Apparently
calcium citrate is used as a preservative. I'm not certain about
the use of folate. With regards to the second (CysReplete) I miss both selenium and folate. I'm not certain about
the use of selenium as well.

And you didn't even mention where you will be getting your L-dopa.
According to
this L-dopa is just another precursor of the neurotransmitter Dopamine, which can be created by L-tyrosine as well. But I could of course try L-Dopa as well.
