Loss of appetite?

Is it normal during a flare up like I am having to lose your appetite? I have not eaten hardly anything in 4 days. I'm not even hungry.

Its normal. Its your body telling you it doesn't want you to eat because of the symptoms you're going to experience when you do.

Totally normal. When I was at my worst, my partner had to force me to eat before I went to sleep because I often would go the whole day without eating.

I've only had it if I'm super horribly nauseated during mealtime, but will eventually eat something that I would prefer, whatever that may be...but I've never stopped eating ever. Even during my worst flares.

I have limited food intake of certain foods or amounts, however.

Thanks for the responses, I have had to force myself to eat, I have lost about 15 lbs this month, I guess on the positive side I will be in shape for summer!
