Crazy complications with 6MP

So, after about six months of trying to figure how why I can't breath on 6MP I was finally diagnosed this week with acid reflux (from taking 6MP) that is causing chronic asthma. Anyone else have acid reflux while on 6MP?

Sorry breathe not breath. I've been taking short courses of prednisone to reduce lung inflammation along with inhalers, antihistamines, antibiotics, etc., since fall. Doctor put me on two acid reflux meds now to help control asthma along with two inhalers. Why is everything so complicated???

I can't remember if I started on Prilosec after starting 6mp or before. I think it was before being placed on 6mp, but I do remember that my acid reflux became worse after starting 6mp.

I have LPR which I guess is similar to regular reflux but in the throat, and now that you mention it, it may be caused by 6mp. I never put 2&2 together - perhaps I had the LPR before 6mp, I really don't remember which came first. I also can't breathe but I never could breathe well so it's not that much worse than it was before 6mp.

I already have asthma plus seasonal/environmental allergies so the acid reflux combined with lung inflammation or sinus infections from these allergies is too much. There were times over the past six months when climbing stairs in my house was too much.

Have you had your blood tested recently? When I was anemic I got winded from walking up a few steps. Sadly, I still do but I don't think it's related to iron now.

Yes, had blood checked last week and it's normal. I've been lucky with bloodwork during 6MP.
