i'm kinda biased so not much much of what i say might help you - and i don't know what effect coming off 6mp would have -
but my plan for the next year anyway is no grains, no sugar, anti-inflammatory !
it leaves lots of questionable foods but i need to have a base to work from - still undecided on the goat milk i'm drinking, but i think so far it's ok -
i was just thinking about my "limited" diet ! holy crap, my wife thinks the 4 main food groups are sugar, white bread, frosted flakes, and raisin bran (she's trying to add a little fruit) !!!!! seriously, if anyone has a restricted diet, she does ! i have a ton more options than she does and i suspect there are a lot more eaters like her out there -

i think just eat sensible foods - as close to the source as possible - good luck mad !
