Ipoop, I'll tell you what the true diet is. Anything that tastes good is bad for you. Follow this rule and you will achieve greatness.
Let me explain.
You like rices, potatoes? : It tastes good right....bad for you.
You're an avid fruit eater? It tastes good right, those succulant fruits. bad for you, too much NATURAL sucrose.
You like to drink a few with your friends? It's a great social aspect and it tastes good right? ..bad for you, alcohol is no bueno.
You like meat and those meats
grilled on a nice summber day? It tastes good right?! Hold on there champ, our diets don't take kindly to grilled food. Only boiled and unsavory here. So grilled bad for you.
You like fresh veggies and salads? It tastes good right? WRONG, it's full of fiber and difficult to digest.
You like cheese and milk and dairy. Man this good, especially cheeses. Boy, you aren't listening, it tastes good, it means it's bad.
You like those succulant deserts. Cheese cake, double chocolate something something. Maaaan, you KNOW, it's bad for you... full of sugar.
So now that you know the rules, what DO you eat?
Basically, you eating anything that tastes bland, boring, anything that depresses you. If it's depresses you when you eat it. it is the healing food.
Or simpler: You don't want to eat it because you don't like it? Good for you.
