Good stuff Mark, I just happened to be searching sugars colon bacteria/or diet, that stuff popped up.
I also suspect theat mycotoxins in grains had to be much worse 100 years ago, today hopefully not much of a problem,
'unless they are hidden.
If so might be the mystery component in Dr. Steins mystery toxin.
Then again it might be simple no mystery toxin needed, stop eating carbs with protein, like I said this am
insulin, insulin resistance,MRP's,SERT inhibition, protease, insulin spike when eating carbs, need to eat low glycemic load carbs. I have eaten no actual sugar today as of yet.
I would love to find out how long it takes after eating protein, when it is safe to eat carbs and not get tryptophan driven to convert to serotonin. Most of this work is on the brain, what is going on in the colon. A lot of this stuff seems to be connecting, but so many dots.
