After almost 6 months with no remission I can finally say these past few days have been great for me, not perfect but way better than i've felt since november!
Went from 20 BM's a day to 5-6 a day (mostly in the morning) formed most of the time
What I did to get the way i did?
CCherbal believe it or not this helped me. I was put on 40 mg of prednisone and steriod suppositories and once i tapered down to 20 mg i relapsed and it was worse than before. I read on here about
CCherbal and decided to try it and it actually helped me.
Another thing- carrots my lovely mother cooks up some carrots, puts them in a blender and makes me drink it in the morning after that i take one ccherbal pill, and after i eat my breakfast where i take my medicine (30 mg of pred and 9 mg of entocort et) in the afternoon another ccherbal pill and one at night as well.
Flaxseed oil- my mom makes this naturally, im not sure how she does it but i drink it a few times a week and i find my bowel more relaxed when i drink it.
Bee propolis suppositories! Not sure if anyone here has heard of the benefits of bee propolis but its supposed to be anti inflammatory and an antioxidant. I take one suppository in the morning and one at night. I can hold them from 1-6 hours with no problems. My grandmother sent them to me from poland.
Now i have a question for you guys, I want to get off remicade. Ive had 3 infusions so far and it didn't do anything for me; now i know what the doctor says 'its too early to see if it will help you or not" well i felt worse after it and i dont want to continue taking it how can i tell my doctor this? i already spoke to my pediatric doctor and she was telling me about
every doctors "protocal" and i didnt like hearing it. Its my body and i dont want to take it anymore. another reason why i want off it is because i developed a lump under my thigh since my 3rd infusion but everyone thinks its not that serious. being on prednisone, budensodine and infliximab is a crazy combination... i dont want to get lupus... i want off remicade. am i stupid for wanting to get off remicade? another reason why i want off remicade is because im planning to go to poland this summer and i dont want to get sick or anything while there i read how easy it is to get infected while on remicade

Well, I wouldn't discount the remicade yet. It could be the reason that you have seen improvement the past week. I think you should stay on it for the forseeable future until you improve to the point where you are full clinical remission. Then maybe experiment. You clearly have changed a lot in your diet/medicine regime recent so it's impossible to know what truly helped.

My last infusion was 8 weeks ago so i know it's not the remicade which is why i want of it.

I went from January 17th until today between Remicade infusions. It doesn't just go away in eight weeks. It really could be the Remicade.

And i've been on remicade since January as well. I don't think it is the remicade. Can an admin just delete this thread?

Hi,
I hope you don't delete the thread. I am so glad you found something that is working for you. Seems that everyone is so different. There was another member, Scarecrow that had alot of luck w/ CCherbal as well. She was on Remi and when it stopped working for her, she used CCherbal and is in a great remission. I have heard about
Bee Propolis...again , another member, PB4 uses it w/ some success.
Anyway, thanks for sharing your story and hope the good thing continues!

Too bad she didn't get back. I think ItsAlwaysSomething was going to try CCherbal, but I'm not sure if she actually took it yet. This formula definitely looks interesting. It is very exciting to finally find a combo that works!! I always enjoy when someone shares their good news and there success formula.
