Whole Foods Aloe Vera Juice tastes good and has helped me. I have inflammation and a type of colitis sometimes, not UC. I get a tummy ache almost every time I eat, and I bloat up badly, to the point I had no idea what was wrong.
Wheat belly! Anyway, I tried this, and it is working. I drink 2 oz on an empty stomach, first when I wake, and during the day before I eat. If I am empty, I drink 2 full cap fulls. Easy!
WF has a flavored one too, and a gel. The cap is 1 oz.
And of course, DRINK WATER. Just not right after the Aloe Vera.
