Eph, I have thought about
the liquid vitamin E but I cant find any quantity of it without paying for it dearly. I have this down to a science now so
opening each of them is not an issue for me. It takes me 15 mins start to finish the whole procedure now. I
open 8 -1000 iu caps into 1.5oz of distilled water which I use a pyrex for. I first microwave the pyrex for 20 seconds to kill and germs let it sit then add my water and
open each capsule into. I have to say that using the room temp water helps because it seems not to settle to the bottom of the glass pyrex and allows me to draw it straight into the syringe. The key is not to let it settle because it will stick to the bottom. I tried cold water and it didnt work at all as it Made the vitamin e too thick. So room temp is the way to go. I
open each capsule with a good pair of kitchen sheers. I snip the tip of each and then just pich the capsule between my fingers squeezing it into the water. I try not to disturb the pyrex and water once I start to empty these into it so it forms like a ball of vitamin e in the water. The glass pyrex lets you look from the side to see if your getting it right and also to see if it settled to the bottom. Mine seems to float and beleive the room temp water helps with that. I get most of it then of course draw in some water and remaining vitamin e untill its full. It certainly is something you will get better at with time. It doesnt bother me at all to do it because it really is soothing after so I look forward to it now.
I think after 3 months I will go every other day and then use the Key E suppositories everfy other day providing I stay on this track of getting better. Then maybe just suppositories daily after a couple months of that. We will see I guess.
As far as buying it I will stick with the 200 quantity from Puritans which is the best bet for now. I did th math and it is about 1 dollar a day.
