For two days I went sugar free (going gluten alone does not help) so doing the combo works for me. I don't have the blood and the painful running back and forth all day long, every 1/2 hour.
Can you throw some baked good receipes out to me please? Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to eat because I don't want to eat chicken, beef or fish for breakfast, I'll save that for lunch and dinner.
Any help would be great. I ordered a book off Amazon and I'm waiting for that to come in.
I guess I have to learn to like baking. I'm getting a new house and a new kitchen in a couple of months, maybe that will inspire me!!
