So if I want to be 100% safe I cant:
Drink milk
Consume cheese because its made out of casein.
Then I could take calcium supplements how ever I found out you have an increased risk of kidney stones.
To get 1000mg from plants I would be eating appox 4 cups cooked of spinach every day, which I think id rather shoot myself. As well you would get 15-25g of fiber which would leave a limited amount of food as you wouldn't want to have too much daily fiber.
There looks like there is no 100% safe option that has no risks.
I've been dedicated to consume foods that show 0 links to colitis while maintaining a safe diet and this is the only problem. At the moment im probably getting 100mg of calcium per day.
