I don't know anything about
Librax, but I took sulfasalazine for a long time. It can cause some stomach problems/upset. You should take the pills after a meal or with a snack. Alternately, there are enteric coated pills that might be easier on your gut. Also, since the sulfa works differently, my GI was totally unconcerned about
taking it 4 times a day as the directions often state. I took mine twice a day, which might cut down on how often your stomach has to deal with the meds.
If the GAD was controlled with Librax, is there a replacement?
