Diagnosis Anniversary

I was admitted to the hospital the night of 6/5/12. I had a CT scan overnight indicating pancolitis, and a colonoscopy in the afternoon of 6/6/13 confirming ulceration as far as she was able to proceed - she stopped before my splenic flexure.

I was undiagnosed for 14 months before this date. It was great to finally know what I have and start treating it. I wish the treatment was more effective though. :)

Not a fun anniversary to celebrate! Hope you are on the mend now. My surgery anniversary is coming up. 3 years this month.
