I was on both Apriso (which has the same active ingredient, mesalamine, as Lialda) and mesalamine enemas throughout my second pregnancy (my UC didn't start until after my first pregnancy). I was in remisison throughout my pregnancy, and still am. My daughter was born one day before her due date and weighed 7lb 13oz. She's almost 4 months old now and is doing really, really well!

I would make sure to stay on BOTH meds!

Oh, and I'm breastfeeding/pumping at work and that's going really well, too. I can't pump quite enough to keep up with what she eats at daycare each day, so she gets a little bit of formula, but it's over 75% breastmilk each day.
