I have a 200 billion probiotic plus FOS. It seemed to make me gassy and bloated, and I got diarrhea, altho., the symptoms could have come from other causes, eg over-cultured homemade Kefir, or Cashew Butter. Regardless, is FOS ok for c. diff. and/or other digestive problems (the latter of which I almost certainly have)? Need to know. Margaret
