"Haha somedude, you're hilarious! It hurts to laugh! Ow! All I want right now is comfort food - Eddie Rockets/McDs, Chinese, cinema buttered popcorn, chocolate, Ben&Jerrys, anything remotely nice and sugary! How are you getting on with SCD somedude? I started end of May and saw great improvement after 3 days! Then, after 3 weeks, the cheating started... Followed by the diet going out of the window! I started back on Sunday - but didn't follow the intro properly (eg; I had apple, banana, salmon, steak) so I wonder if this is why it's not working now or is the inflammation too severe for SCD to control it!"
I'll tell you my saying
You will never succeed from something that imposed and forced upon you. You will succeed on something that is from your own free will.
You imposed the diet on yourself because of U.C., you didn't choose this diet because you were healthy and wanted to try something different. This is the main reason why some diets suck and fail.
