Colostrum and VSL#3?

I have not tried Colostrum but I have done well with VSL#3 DS which is the prescription strength version. The therapeutic amount for the reatil version costs so much that I am grateful that my insurance covers (with a $50 copay) the DS strength.

I am a big believer is VSL. I am a big disbeliever in Colostrum. I have never seen any positive info on Colostrum other than from those that are trying to sell it. To me that is a huge red flag. VSL has many studies from independent sources showing it's effectiveness.

Colostrum gave me die off symtoms, heaps of gas! I stopped after two days because of the anxiety but I will def add it back slowly.
