post partum flare?

Have any women out there flared post partum? I gave birth to our first child 14 months ago (vaginally), nursed her until about 4 months ago. Now my body is back to normal, but am starting to flare. I know there's such a thing as post partum flaring. Just wondering if anyone has had it and, if so, how long after giving birth?

I had it with both kids ... first time was about 9 months out, second time was about 6 months. It's very common to flare in the first year after childbirth.

Yep. Started 5 or 6 days after birth and still going strong over 16 months later. Got slightly better when I quit bf-ing at 12m, and slightly better after my first dose of remicade. Asacol, prednisone (15 months), humira, imuran, and purinethol have all been busts. It's been brutal.
