I know that you a big fan of Slippery elm bark powder.
Do you think it is a good idea to mix Slippery elm powder with psyllium seed powder in warm water and drink after each meal , since they work in a similar way or better take them separately? To tell the truth I find psyllium rougher and even causing cramps. What do you think?
Another question: when do you take L-Glutamine? Sometimes it makes me very nauseous, so I stopped taking it. Is it better to take it with food?
Last question: I have noticed you are taking Maca powder. What does it do for UC?
