2. This past Sunday, and got a little teary eyed yesterday...does that count?
3. I couldn't possibly count. I'll ballpark it and say 90? Don't worry....I'm not depressed or anything, not all crying is completely because of sadness.... I used to cry much less, and then I fell madly in love!

2. I cried when I read that John, at 55, wanted to do hip hop dancing. I said...God, no...make it stop, then I started crying uncontrolably.

3. I dunno, I get teary eyed sometimes. I cried a few times in the first year with the disease.

2. When I found out that my dad started smoking again after having his larynx and voice box removed because of stage 4 throat cancer.
3. Depends but I'm not an emotional person. However, my husband cries over sappy commercials! Lol

2. When I held my dog as the vet ended her suffering. We are talking full blown racking your whole body sobs.

3. I tear up at movies or commercials or at my job (its a vet and inevitably animals are put to sleep, I say goodbye and kiss their head and usually tear up) but I only have a real good cry a few times a year if that. I cry when I am really mad too.

3. This year 6-7 due to bereavement...usually 0!!
4. No however I found when I did cry this year it worked wonders to relieve stress and as a result my UC and anxiety were much better

2. Last week when my 19 year old cat unexpectedly regressed (interstitial cystitis) and she avoided peeing in her litter box. Gabapentin has turned that around for her..not stopping it again.

3. I'm just thrilled I can cry considering the Effexor has rendered me a tad apathetic. I do cry when I'm angry or if I'm overwhelmed with decision-making and commitments and not feeling well.

4. When I'm flaring and having bms that are causing me the white-knucklers. Eventually tears come if the pain is enough. I'll probably cry at my last appointment with my GI, however.

why do you think you have a problem? so you cry a bit more than others...you're overly empathetic maybe?

I was just being silly, mostly...I don't really think I have a problem. You are probably right, I am a bit more empathetic than a lot of folks...but I haven't always been so sensitive. I guess as I get a bit older, have more life experiences, share in the joys and heartaches of family and loved ones...I see more pain and beauty in the world, and it moves me at times. Also, since finding my true love, I am often moved to tears out of sheer happiness, or overload of all the emotions that come with that love, and I wouldn't trade him, or it, for the world!!

3. everything makes me cry so I've lost track. I think I even shed a pity tear last night watching "the bachelorette"
4. UC has made me cry from the pain, especially this past week in the hospital.

I was even more of a wreck this week because my one best friend (who I always liked) got married while I was in the hospital and was posting all of these pictures on facebook. I was like "great. i'm sitting here with a fake bag on my belly, pooping my brains out, and he's all happy and in love and going on a cruise. FML."

2. A few hours ago
3. Since getting UC, probably 3-4 times a week
4. Absolutely, I've been getting really discouraged because I can't find remission. Between the pain, constant fear/anxiety when going to the bathroom, and med side effects, I cry way too much now. I'm slowly losing hope I'll ever feel "normal" again.

Last weekend, I cried like a baby watching Fruitvale Station (I don't normally cry at movies)

3. How many time per year do you cry?

Oh, I get weepy whenever I hear about animals being hurt, but otherwise, not often. I can't really remember the last time I full on sobbed.

3. Does UC make you cry (literally)

(4) It infuriates me but rarely makes me sad.

1) Female *** 2) Yrs back when a lovable colleague died a yr short of his expected retirement *** 3) Zero *** 4) No, probably because I tend toward dry-eye syndrome. / Old Hat (32 yrs with left-sided UC; presently in remission taking brandname Colazal)

4. Yea, it's usually the only thing that gets me to cry. I just get so depressed trying to cope or worry about the meds or leaving my wife and daughter at a young age...darn UC depression
