2. Monday when I found out one of my coworkers died over the weekend.

3. I shed tears frequently -- over sad stories, with friends, when I think of my how much I miss my Dad. I am emotional I suppose! It's gotten worse with age :-)

4. In the first months after I was dx'd, but not anymore.

last night watching the news about the little 2yr who was best man in family wedding and past away a week later :(

I cry all the time, tears of joy, sadness, gratefulness, all kind of reasons. My water works, work well!

Yes, f-ing UC makes me cry and more so when I pray asking GOD why hasn't he healed me yet or why haven't I ever had remission ever!!!!! Crying just writing this!!!!!! Geez thanks....bahahahah!

Linda, that's what made me cry yesterday. I cry every time I read about cruelty to animals too.

Oh yes, I cried over that story as well. Guess that's about three times already this week. Right, it's Wednesday.

Don't have the UC dx but an abnormal GI tract (cancer, colon resection 14 years ago).

I find that crying is cathartic and beneficial. Sometimes, I like to watch a movie that is very sad and endearing to me, encouraging me to cry. The perfect example I can give is the first Hunger Games movie. I saw it so many times in the theater (I need to add that I'm an obsessed fan now, lol). Each time, I cried and cried but it felt good to cry. And then I'd be good to go for a week or more. (I saw the movie 13 times in the theater!).
