Hey Mike
Every look into Nicotine being used as a pesticide (insecticide)? And the fact that it's an Endocrine or Hormone Disrupting Chemical... being used back since I think the late 1700's or something like that and growing in use steadily over time till the early 1930's when mass farming and pesticide use increased dramatically and it was applied everywhere - then it was replaced in the 1980's with other, even stronger Endocrine and Hormonal Disrupting compounds. And now seeds and such are "Roundup Ready" and it all gets worse and worse - Really fits the timelines well. Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals that is...
Also combustion/petroleum by-products are very Endocrine and Hormonal Disrupting as well... so bad air quality is just like eating lot's of pesticide laden food. Especially living around power generating plants and such.
Due to my success or more so positive response to this AA thing, I have been looking and slowly becoming obsessed at endocrine disrupting chemicals and more specifically estrogen disrupting compounds (nicotine being highly estrogen disrupting)... and the effects of these compounds on "Estradiol" to be specific - which effects both men and women. Estradiol being the compound that maybe when it's interfered with causes all the other hormones like dopamine/serotonin and so on to go all wonky...
Anyway - this is what I have been reading about
lately...and wondering... and questioning...
Just the timeline of these chemicals, in food, water and air... fits so darn well... steadily increasing over time...

And I come across the odd post on the board about
people seeing some success by adopting an all "organic" no pesticide/chemical lifestyle...
Makes me wonder... And contemplate trying it along with this AA therapy...
I think it would be crazy hard to do though. But still..

All true Mark. As you say trying to eat chemical free today is almost impossible.
