Usually, I wrap any book within 3-4 days, either read it non-stop or read through.
I have been reading this book, Bug, Bowels and Behavior for more than a week now and I have to say, recommended to ALL of us. Although focus of this group is Autism, it so so much applies to us (and that is where the probiotic comparison thread came from).
Now was going through ConquerUC's depression thread, been there and still struggling at a times (partially it is also due to my son's condition), still UC adds up to whatever goes on. Somewhere in this book I came across, how bugs affect issues like depression.
I STRONGLY recommend folks to read this book. I admit, a couple of chapters in this book, although presented well (with scientific references), take it with a pinch of salt, esp. the first chapter by Geri Brewster, she is DAN! doctor. Thomas Borody also has a chapter in it.
