Cheapest and reliable bottled water

First and foremost, I do not like buying bottled water. I honestly think, it is just a waste of money.

Having said that, I mentioned many a times on this board that my son has Autism and although he has come a long way in last 2 years, still not at par with peers. After a lot of deliberation and scientific literature, we decided to check for his allergies. The naturopathic practitioner told us that the water contains chlorine (We use Brita though) and we should use water that does not contain chlorine (so not tap water).

I checked costco and the cost averages to about $1/gallon, plus its a yearly contract. I wonder if anybody knows any cheaper alternatives (and possibly no contract). I don't need a cooler.

i'll sell you some of my well water - it is absolutely the best on the planet - we have it tested every couple of years and it's pristine - it's a little on the hard side but not bad - I rarely drink water from anywhere else -
