In researching which is more nutritional, I found this on livestrong.com

One theory is that anti-inflammatory compounds known as oligosaccharides found in goat's milk can actually ease digestion while inside the intestines. A study published in "The Journal of Nutrition" in March 2006 showed how the oligosaccharides in goat's milk eased inflammation in rats with colitis and other bowel difficulties.

yes, I second that opinion :-)

side note: i'm getting worried - my local goat lady is about 900 years old and her hands look like little shriveled up burnt pretzels ! poor thing, the arthritis is killing her :-(

I feel bad for her and me - she's about 8 minutes from my house - the next nearest goat man/lady/grandma is about 40 minutes away !

Yes, I was staying away from dairy but not getting enough protein. So I started on Tera's Whey protein, unflavored, which is $32 for 12 servings at Whole Foods. It's completely natural, grass fed cow, everything pure.

A lot of the cheaper whey proteins have additives and artificial flavors.

I mix it with my vegetable/fruit smoothie every day. Tera's Whey doesn't interfere with the taste of the smoothie

I found the goat's whey online, same brand, same amount of protein, for $16 for 12 servings.

The price is fabulous, but I want to switch because I think the cow dairy is making me bloated and irregular. Not sure so I want to try goat whey. At that price, I ordered quite a few cans.
